See, don't mess wid dese boids, dey's some serious guys from up north.

It's finished! Didn't take as long as I had thought and looks way better than I had hoped.

Backdrop is the New York skyline, some small stars and nav lights added in for effect, I kept the background simple. The power lines were a last minute addition and they work well, giving the birds the height and position excuse. Names are whatever i could come up with relating to what they do and their appearance.

Done in PS CS5, using text tool, pen tool for the birds and backdrop and a lens correction filter for the vignette.
